Senior Marketing Manager, Operations & Data Analytics (Maternity Leave Coverage for 9 months)
Teads is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Operations & Data Analytics for a 9-month maternity leave coverage. This role is integral to our global marketing team, focusing on evolving our measurement framework and ensuring the efficiency of our operations infrastructure. Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform, directly partnered with over 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers worldwide.
The successful candidate will report to the Global Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations and will be responsible for connecting marketing activities to business outcomes. Key responsibilities include supporting the evolution of Teads’ global marketing measurement framework, standardizing KPI definitions, improving attribution models, designing scalable reporting systems, and partnering with Data, RevOps, and BI teams to strengthen data pipelines and integration between marketing platforms and CRM.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or marketing operations. Strong expertise in BI tools like Looker, working knowledge of SQL, and experience with marketing tech stacks including CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot are essential. A deep understanding of attribution, data integrity, governance, and ROI measurement is required. The role demands a proactive, autonomous individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, with experience in ad tech, media, or digital marketing considered a strong plus. Fluency in English is mandatory.
