Teads is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Operations & Data Analytics for a 9-month maternity leave coverage. This role involves leading the evolution of Teads' global marketing measurement framework and ensuring the smooth operation of its infrastructure. The position is based in Mexico City and reports to the Global Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting marketing activities to business outcomes, translating performance across various initiatives into a unified view of contribution to revenue and growth. Key responsibilities include supporting the evolution of the global marketing measurement framework, improving attribution models, designing scalable reporting systems, and championing a culture of data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization.

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or marketing operations. Strong expertise in BI tools like Looker, working knowledge of SQL, and experience with marketing tech stacks including CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot are essential. A deep understanding of attribution, data integrity, governance, and ROI measurement is also required. Fluency in English is mandatory.
