Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead and scale our organic search engine. This role is pivotal in transforming search into a durable, enterprise-grade growth lever, directly impacting the company's revenue pipeline. The position reports to the Senior Director of Growth and involves managing a team focused on SEO, AEO, content-led growth, and CRO. AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.
The Senior Manager will own and deliver against organic-sourced pipeline targets, scaling traffic-to-pipeline efficiency across enterprise buying journeys. Responsibilities include leading the evolving SEO and AEO strategy, ensuring a competitive advantage in AI-influenced search environments, and monitoring algorithm and generative search shifts to proactively adapt strategies. The role also involves partnering closely with CRO to improve conversion rates and managing a high-performing team to build scalable growth engines.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, including technical SEO expertise and experience scaling organic search results at a late-stage or high-growth company. A deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and multi-stakeholder purchasing environments is essential. Experience with GA4, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Bizible), and web testing solutions (VWO) is preferred.
The base compensation range for this position is $133,000—$183,000 USD, with potential for performance-based bonuses and equity. AlphaSense offers a generous benefits program, including health and wellness coverage.
