Senior Manager, FP&A
Instawork is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the financial management of our rapidly growing business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of FP&A, strategic finance, and AI-driven decision-making within a high-velocity Finance organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the company to drive key decisions on operations, strategic initiatives, and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle, preparing monthly management discussions and analyses, and building detailed financial projections to support annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans. The role also involves enhancing internal financial reporting packages, guiding analysis and modeling for growth initiatives, and continuously improving forecasting methodologies. Additionally, the Senior Manager will partner with Go-To-Market, Business Operations, and Product teams on revenue models, KPI frameworks, and financial performance analysis, while leading the preparation of Board presentations and business reviews.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, preferably within the tech industry or top-tier consulting, banking, or private equity/venture capital firms. A demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models from scratch, advanced Excel skills, and a strong working knowledge of GAAP are essential. The candidate should also have a proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders, excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or CPA is a plus.
Instawork offers a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $230,000, depending on experience and level.
