Instawork is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves managing a portfolio of top-tier assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking expansion opportunities to grow overall client revenue. Reporting to the General Manager of Instawork Hiring, the Account Manager will play a critical role in bringing our staffing solutions to our partners.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with accounts with a long-term partnership vision, owning both growth and retention metrics for a portfolio of customer accounts, providing daily support and service to clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, community operations, and finance. The Account Manager will also be expected to meet and exceed sales growth goals through forging relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of industry expertise in software, human capital management technology, staffing, or recruiting industry sales. Consistent achievement of sales goals, excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutions, and proficiency in Salesforce are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate strategic and creative thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong motivation to maximize revenue and impact on the business.

For California-based applicants, the base salary for this position is $90,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000, including uncapped sales incentive pay. This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options and a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans with coverage beginning on the date of hire, flexible paid time off, at least 8 paid company holidays annually, phone and commuter stipends, supplemental pay on qualified leaves, employee health savings accounts (HSA) contribution, flexible spending plans, and a 401K plan.
