Senior Global Robotics Operations Manager
Instawork is seeking a Senior Global Robotics Operations Manager to lead the development of partnerships that integrate our technology with global partners to capture and structure robotic training data. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between world-class robotics companies and our extensive labor marketplace, facilitating the advancement of physical AI.
The primary responsibilities include identifying and signing global partners who require Instawork's technology for robotic training data collection. This involves building and managing an outbound pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and overseeing the full-cycle partner acquisition from initial outreach to data collection. The role also requires daily collaboration with the CEO and Head of Robotics to ensure swift progress and extensive global travel to partner sites to drive partnerships.
Candidates should possess a "founder" mindset with a bias for action, thriving in high-pressure environments with fast-paced expectations. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Operations, Partnerships, Business Development, Sales Development, or inside sales is required, with a proven track record in building outbound pipelines and closing partner deals. The ability to travel extensively internationally for partner site visits is also essential.
The base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, with eligibility for equity in the form of stock options.
