Senior Institutional Coverage

The Senior Institutional Coverage role at FalconX is pivotal in expanding the company's institutional client base and revenue streams. As a key member of the team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, managing and servicing a 'Book of Business' to foster long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction. This position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of the digital asset industry.

In this role, your primary responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries from institutional clients and collaborating with sales teams to convert outbound leads. You will proactively anticipate client needs, contribute to the planning and implementation of client segment strategies in the designated region, and assess client satisfaction to identify key business needs. Achieving quarterly target metrics and key performance indicators established by management is also a critical aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA degree or equivalent practical experience and possesses over six years of experience in a Corporate Relationship Management role within a bank, fintech, financial services, or asset management industry. Superior service skills with a 'client first' approach, a strong interest in the digital asset space, and working knowledge in major asset classes such as Fixed Income, Forex, Equities, or Commodities are essential. Additionally, the ability to represent FalconX's culture and values to institutional counterparties and an inclusive team player attitude are highly valued.
