Senior Enterprise Account Executive
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Instawork, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring key enterprise accounts and forming strategic channel partnerships. This position is integral to our mission of creating meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals by connecting them with businesses through our AI-powered labor marketplace.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging enterprise-level clients, managing end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation, and ensuring a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation. You will employ a consultative sales approach, engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers to address critical workforce challenges and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets aligned to a $200K+ average deal size.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of enterprise sales experience, a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals over extended sales cycles, and proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and sales reporting. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Instawork offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $130,000 with an on-target earnings potential of $250,000, uncapped sales incentive pay, and eligibility for equity in the form of stock options.
