Senior Director, Sales Training & Effectiveness
The Senior Director, Sales Training & Effectiveness at Mineralys Therapeutics will lead the strategy and execution of sales training and field effectiveness initiatives to ensure launch readiness and commercial performance. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is pivotal in translating brand strategy into clear training priorities, defining field excellence standards, and enabling effective sales execution through comprehensive onboarding, ongoing development, and performance optimization.
Key responsibilities include developing and owning the end-to-end sales training and effectiveness strategy aligned with launch milestones and commercial objectives. The role involves establishing a clear field capability model encompassing disease education, product knowledge, selling skills, account management, and compliant execution. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead initial sales force onboarding and certification, design and execute launch training programs, and build ongoing training curricula to support continuous performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or bachelor's degree and have over 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry commercial experience, preferably in cardiovascular and/or chronic care markets. Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while driving flawless execution is essential. Experience navigating MLR/promotional review processes, familiarity with learning technologies and CRM-enabled training tools, and a builder mindset with high personal accountability and resourcefulness are also required.
