Manager, Marketing Capabilities & Operations

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Manager of Marketing Capabilities & Operations to support the launch of lorundrostat, a treatment targeting hypertension and related conditions. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Capabilities & Operations and is integral to establishing foundational processes for the company's first commercial product.

The Manager will oversee the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process, managing the routing and tracking of promotional materials from submission through final approval. Responsibilities include facilitating review meetings, setting agendas, and ensuring that requested changes are implemented accurately. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and field sales teams to coordinate the distribution of approved materials.

Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing operations, with a strong background in managing PRC processes within regulated environments. Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats and related workflow tools is essential. A bachelor's degree is required, along with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex workflows.

The position offers a salary range of $112,000 to $130,000, along with standard company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, time off, and a 401(k) plan. Participation in incentive plans is contingent on personal and company performance.
