The Digital Center of Excellence Project Manager at Mineralys Therapeutics is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of enterprise systems implementation projects across the organization. This role involves managing projects from initiation through deployment and operational transition, ensuring that systems are delivered on time, within scope, and compliant with regulatory expectations. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support business objectives and maintain inspection readiness.

Key responsibilities include leading systems implementation projects across the full System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), developing and maintaining integrated project plans, and ensuring execution quality. The Project Manager will manage cross-functional project teams spanning IT, Quality, business functions, and external vendors. Additionally, the role involves ensuring system implementations comply with applicable regulatory, data integrity, and electronic records requirements, coordinating Computer System Validation (CSV), and maintaining appropriate project and system documentation to support audits and inspections.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and have a minimum of 3-5 years of IT project management experience, including enterprise software or SaaS implementations. Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated life sciences environments is required, along with demonstrated experience delivering systems subject to GxP, SOX, 21 CFR Part 11, or similar regulatory frameworks. Strong working knowledge of SDLC practices for enterprise or SaaS system implementations is also essential.
