Teads is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Procurement to lead and enhance its global procurement operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping procurement strategies across Commercial, Corporate, Business Technology (IT/MIS), Data & Insights (DICE), and Global Real Estate functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving cost optimization, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation within a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization.

The Senior Director will oversee the development and implementation of procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure global consistency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing spend across various categories such as SaaS agreements, HR services, professional services, marketing, and travel. Additionally, the role involves leading the strategic direction of procurement systems, including platforms like Coupa, Basware, and Ironclad, to streamline procurement processes and enhance compliance.

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a global environment. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex procurement functions, particularly within Business Technology and Corporate sectors, and a strong background in procurement systems and financial ERPs such as NetSuite or MS Dynamics.
