Teads is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our global Managed Platform team, which operates as the central nervous system for engineering. This distributed group, with members across the US, France, Russia, Slovenia, and Israel, builds, owns, and manages the "as-a-service" platforms that all our developers rely on. These platforms include our observability stack, massive online data storage systems, and the SRE tools and practices that ensure service reliability.

In this role, you will design, manage, and scale our diverse portfolio of datastores, including Cassandra, RDS/Aurora, Redis, and Elasticsearch. You will champion and advance our observability stack, comprising Prometheus/Thanos, Grafana, and ELK, to provide critical, real-time insights for hundreds of services. Additionally, you will drive SRE best practices, automate disaster recovery drills, manage our alerting strategy, and improve system-wide resilience. Your responsibilities will also include administering and optimizing our CI/CD infrastructure, which includes Jenkins, TeamCity, and GitHub Actions, and leveraging our Kubernetes and GitOps foundation to manage infrastructure as code, enhance developer self-service, and eliminate toil.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of industry experience as a Senior DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer. You should have proven experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in a large-scale production environment, and proficiency with GitOps principles and tools such as ArgoCD and FluxCD. Strong scripting or programming skills in languages like Python, Go, or Bash, deep knowledge of Linux systems, and experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) are also required. Experience managing and scaling CI/CD systems and familiarity with modern observability stacks are essential. Experience with production datastores is a strong advantage. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, with a "customer-first" attitude toward supporting internal developers, are crucial.

Teads offers a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office, nearby parking, a mentorship program, internal learning tools, a pet-friendly office, happy hours, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our company culture is welcoming, dynamic, diverse, and global, built on top performance. We foster a sense of belonging through our Employee Resource Groups, where we debate topics and drive change in areas such as environmental initiatives, women's empowerment, charitable activities, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Joining Teads means being part of a team that blends creativity, technology, and data to shape the future of media.
