Senior Data Insights Analyst
Teads is seeking an experienced and data-savvy Senior Data Insights Analyst to join our team in Ljubljana on a fixed-term contract of one year. This role is integral to our mission of leveraging data to drive product strategy and support our global operations. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate across departments to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes.
In this position, you will translate complex data landscapes into clear, compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for both executive and operational partners. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and implementation of scalable Business Intelligence solutions, such as dynamic dashboards and automated reports, to facilitate data-centric decision-making. Additionally, you will serve as a critical data partner to Sales and Account Management, utilizing deep client and market insights to build data-powered narratives for high-stakes client engagements and Quarterly Business Reviews.
The ideal candidate will possess mastery of high-performance SQL and hands-on experience with tools like dbt, BigQuery, and Looker. A deep understanding of financial data and the ability to apply strong business acumen to technical workflows are essential. Proven experience in building robust dashboards and data structures that empower self-service analytics is highly valued. The role requires a self-starter who can drive projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight, and who excels at balancing multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
