Senior Data Engineer

Fictiv is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Intelligence team in Pune, India. This team is responsible for creating reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights from our data warehouse, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and evolving Fictiv’s reporting data warehouse and semantic layer.

In this role, you will design efficient, scalable, and maintainable semantic data models that align with business logic and enable intuitive self-service analytics and reporting across multiple domains. You will build, maintain, and optimize data transformations and pipelines that transform replicated production data into trusted, analytics-ready models. Collaborating with stakeholders across data, engineering, product, and business teams, you will resolve data-related issues, clarify requirements, and align on solution design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in designing and implementing data models and pipelines. Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI technologies are essential. Strong collaboration and communication skills are also important, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions.
