Senior Customer Education Manager (In-App)
The Senior Customer Education Manager (In-App) at AlphaSense is responsible for developing and executing the in-app education strategy to enhance user activation, adoption, engagement, and retention. This role involves collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to integrate educational initiatives seamlessly into the product release process, ensuring that users receive timely and relevant guidance within the application.
Key responsibilities include administering and evolving the in-app guidance platform (such as Chameleon), designing sophisticated in-app learning experiences that incorporate behavioral triggers and personalization, and establishing testing and optimization frameworks for these experiences. The manager will also leverage AI-powered workflows and automation to scale high-quality education content and improve user experience delivery.
The ideal candidate possesses 8-12 years of experience in customer education or a related field, with significant experience (3-5 years) in owning in-app guidance or digital adoption strategies. Hands-on experience with in-app guidance platforms like Chameleon, Pendo, or WalkMe is essential. Strong collaboration skills with Product teams, a data-driven and experimental mindset, proficiency with AI workflows and automation tools, and excellent communication abilities are also required.
