Senior Attorney Recruiter
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals, is seeking a Senior Attorney Recruiter to join our Attorney Recruiting team. This role is based in Miami, Florida, with flexibility to be located in other offices across the state. The Senior Attorney Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top legal talent to support the firm's mission of advocating for the people.
The Senior Attorney Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for attorney positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting offers to candidates. This role requires close collaboration with hiring partners and leadership to understand staffing needs and growth objectives. Additionally, the recruiter will serve as an ambassador of the firm, ensuring a positive candidate experience and representing Morgan & Morgan's values throughout the hiring process.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of talent management experience, preferably in legal recruiting. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, and a strong understanding of legal terminology are preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism.
