Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and assisting in the development of settlements. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of advocating for consumer rights.

In this role, you will interact daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person communications. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records, obtaining necessary documents to support injury or liability claims, and maintaining organized case files. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive demand packages under the direct supervision of an attorney and manage case files from intake to closure.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Prelitigation Paralegal, or Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. A minimum of two years in a legal position or insurance adjuster role is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
