In this role, the Case Manager is responsible for proactive daily interactions with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, both via phone and in person. Key duties include ordering and reviewing medical records, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability claims, and negotiating case settlements with insurance carriers. The Case Manager also works directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files, ensuring organized and comprehensive case documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in a legal or insurance adjuster role, with prior experience as a case manager being preferred. A Bachelor's Degree is also preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, procedures, and practices is required, along with strong negotiating skills and a positive attitude.
