Case Manager
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and case staff, providing essential support in managing client cases and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for ordering medical records from providers, preparing comprehensive demand packages, and assembling supporting documentation for submission to carriers. Your duties will also include investigating case facts, negotiating reductions of outstanding medical balances with providers, and preparing necessary documents and correspondence to facilitate case settlements. Additionally, you will perform other related tasks as assigned to meet the firm's business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or in a support role, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in computer programs, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite is required, with a typing speed of no less than 35 words per minute. A willingness to learn and collaborate with multiple employees within the organization is also important.
