Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Pensacola, Florida. This role involves working closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant to support our mission of defending consumer rights. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing the litigation process and ensuring the efficient handling of cases.

Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda. You will be responsible for e-filing court documents in both state and federal courts, conducting legal research and factual investigations, and preparing discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses. Additionally, you will coordinate and summarize depositions, prepare trial binders and exhibits, and assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a preference for those with a background in Workers' Compensation. An Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage workloads with minimal supervision are essential.
