Seeking Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters!

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role involves working closely with attorneys and clients to manage bodily injury claims effectively, ensuring that our clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

The Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person meetings. Key duties include ordering and reviewing medical records, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions, and interacting with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. The adjuster will also negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have at least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is preferred. Essential skills include strong negotiation abilities, proactive client interaction, the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed should be no less than 35 words per minute.
