Trial Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Montgomery, Alabama office. As a key member of our legal team, you will represent plaintiffs in motor vehicle and trucking liability cases, guiding them through the litigation process to achieve favorable outcomes.

In this role, you will manage a high volume of litigation cases, draft and file legal documents including pleadings and motions, and interact with expert witnesses to develop comprehensive case strategies. Responsibilities also encompass preparing clients for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their cases.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Alabama State Bar Association. Strong client service and communication skills are essential, along with superior writing and oral advocacy abilities. A self-starter attitude driven by long-term career goals is highly valued.
