Senior Production Designer
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Production Designer to support large-scale marketing and advertising initiatives. This role is critical to the execution of high-volume, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across a wide range of deliverables.
The Senior Production Designer will act as a primary production partner on high-volume, multi-market campaigns, managing significant portions of thousands of billboard iterations. Responsibilities include executing high-volume asset versioning for digital campaigns, preparing and managing production-ready files for print and digital, coordinating proofing workflows through external vendor platforms and internal tools, and maintaining rigorous file organization standards. Collaboration with design leadership, marketing teams, and external vendors is essential to ensure seamless project execution.
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a production design role within an in-house team, agency, or high-volume marketing environment. Proven experience supporting large-scale versioning projects, particularly in out-of-home advertising or multi-market campaigns, is strongly preferred. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong understanding of print production and vendor specifications, and experience with proofing and workflow tools are required. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential.
