The Senior Analyst, Revenue Tools at AlphaSense is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing key tools utilized by the Revenue Organization. This role involves close collaboration with Revenue Operations and business users to ensure effective tool usage, drive process efficiencies, and support key technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales technology platforms, tooling best practices, and experience in providing both technical and project management support.
Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of revenue tools to ensure they are optimized for business needs and aligned with best practices. The analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Revenue Operations and business users, providing real-time support and addressing questions about tool functionalities. Additionally, the role involves monitoring vendor release notes for updates, overseeing licensing needs, developing comprehensive technical documentation, assisting in project management activities, and supporting procurement processes related to revenue tools.
Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience working with a Revenue organization or Sales Operations team. They must be self-starters who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and take ownership of their work. The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality outcomes, is essential. Adaptability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes as the business evolves, along with a customer-focused approach to providing timely support to end users, is also required.
The compensation range for this position is $88,000 to $120,000 USD annually. Additional components may include equity and a generous benefits program. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed.
