Key responsibilities include contacting customers (agencies, enterprise, and brand clients) via telephone and email to advance collections on high-risk accounts, maintaining positive customer relationships through excellent service, and meticulously recording follow-ups within ERP and CRM systems. The role also involves managing a high volume of billing queries and financial requests, sending monthly statements, resolving discrepancies promptly, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) while improving the Collection Effectiveness Index (CEI). The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 10–12 years of experience in an accounts receivable or collections role, with the ability to adjust priorities under pressure to meet continuous deadlines. High stamina and flexibility in a dynamic, high-volume environment are essential, along with elite interpersonal and diplomatic negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for senior stakeholders, effective collaboration with team members, and a proven track record of reducing DSO and improving cash collections are required. The candidate should have a proactive attitude, expert Microsoft Excel and IT skills with a keen eye for numbers, motivation for process improvement and automation, deep expertise in managing global portfolios across multiple currencies and international markets, and proficiency in Tier-1 ERP and CRM ecosystems.
