Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive at Fictiv, you will collaborate with leading companies to accelerate their product development and market entry. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and generating new business opportunities within target accounts. You will develop meaningful, long-term relationships with key customer contacts, represent the company at industry events, and become an expert in your accounts' product development needs and challenges. Additionally, you will spend over 50% of your time traveling to connect face-to-face with customers and collaborate cross-functionally to win complex deals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably within the manufacturing and supply chain industry. A BS/BA degree is preferred. A firm grasp of product development and related business requirements is essential, along with experience in consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals. Proficiency with modern sales tools and unparalleled verbal and written communication skills are also required.
