Seeking Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters!

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to advocate for clients who have suffered personal injuries, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this role, you will interact daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person meetings. Your responsibilities will include ordering and reviewing medical records, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability claims, and communicating with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive demand packages for submission to carriers and manage case files from intake to closure under the direction of an attorney.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have at least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to client and provider interactions, are also required.
