As a Sales Team Lead at Wolt, you will oversee the small and medium-sized business (SMB) acquisition teams in Cyprus and Malta. Wolt, a rapidly expanding global logistics platform, partners with over 200,000 restaurants and retail stores across more than 30 countries. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of Wolt's merchant base in these markets.

Your primary responsibilities include building and leading the SMB acquisition teams, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring performance, and providing structured feedback. You will develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential SMB partners, manage the sales pipeline systematically, and negotiate partnership terms to establish profitable business agreements. Collaboration with onboarding and support teams is essential to ensure new partners are successfully integrated and set up for long-term success.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in marketplaces, technology, or hospitality sectors, with 2–4 years of experience leading sales teams. Proficiency in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and guiding team performance toward clear goals is crucial. Strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams are also required. Fluency in both English and Greek is necessary for this role.
