Teads is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join our Belgium team, focusing on driving new business growth across agencies and direct brands. As a leading omnichannel advertising platform, Teads partners with over 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers globally, delivering meaningful business outcomes through predictive AI technology. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Belgian market.

In this role, you will identify, pitch, and close sales deals with media agencies and direct brands, developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Collaboration with internal departments—including sales, account management, ad operations, publisher relations, design, finance, and legal—is essential to ensure client campaign expectations are effectively communicated and met. Representing Teads as a brand ambassador in the online advertising marketplace, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly revenue targets and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction to drive renewals and incremental revenue.

The ideal candidate possesses solid sales experience within the adtech or online media industry, with knowledge of digital advertising formats such as performance, online video, display, and CTV. Experience in winning and developing larger strategic clients is crucial, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A strategic, solution-oriented, and self-driven approach is essential. Fluency in French or Dutch and English is required.
