Sales Engineer, Enterprise Intelligence
AlphaSense is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise Intelligence team. This role focuses on overseeing client implementations, coordinating with technical teams, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of our Enterprise Intelligence solutions. As a key member of the team, you will bridge pre-sale technical implementation and post-implementation account rollout, contributing to the growth and success of our Enterprise Intelligence offerings.
In this position, you will manage the post-sale implementation process, develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with client goals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account management, product, marketing, and sales. Responsibilities include conducting regular meetings to inform clients of implementation progress, creating and modifying training programs, and collaborating with marketing to develop client documentation. Additionally, you will proactively identify potential risks during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, or in enterprise customer success. You should possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with tools such as Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst is preferred.
AlphaSense offers a competitive base compensation range of $100,000 to $125,000 USD, along with a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
