In this role, the specialist will be responsible for delivering and optimizing onboarding programs, coaching new hires through their ramp-up period, and developing enablement solutions that equip SDRs with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge. This includes designing and delivering engaging training sessions, partnering closely with Sales Leadership to define successful training solutions, and introducing new tools, templates, and playbooks to support productivity.

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for accelerating sales performance through impactful onboarding and continuous learning. They should have a deep understanding of what it takes for SDRs to succeed, be a collaborative partner who works cross-functionally with Sales Leadership and other Sales Enablement practitioners globally, and be an organized multi-tasker capable of managing several cohorts and programs simultaneously. Clear and effective communication skills, confidence in facilitation, and a data-driven mindset are also essential.
