As a Risk Operations Manager at Grab, you will lead a team of analysts and agents responsible for implementing risk mitigation strategies, focusing on chargeback and anti-money laundering (AML) operations in Singapore and Malaysia. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between regional strategy and daily execution, ensuring the integrity and security of Grab's financial ecosystem.

Your primary responsibilities include overseeing the daily handling of chargebacks and AML investigations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations. You will manage business process outsourcing (BPO) partners to maintain quality and efficiency, drive the adoption of generative AI and automation tools in collaboration with product teams, and act as the main liaison with other departments to ensure operational alignment and zero recurring audit findings.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing people managers, with deep hands-on expertise in risk management, particularly in chargeback management and AML monitoring. A strong understanding of fraud and KYC/KYB processes is essential. You should be adept at managing high-volume workflows and BPO environments without compromising on quality or detail, and possess a proactive attitude to analyze operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
