Regional Legal Tech Transformation Engineer

Grab is seeking a Regional Legal Tech Transformation Engineer to join its Legal Operations Team, focusing on developing and managing technological solutions that enhance legal and privacy operations. This role is integral to translating complex legal requirements into efficient, scalable systems that support Grab's rapid growth across Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will lead the architecture, configuration, and implementation of critical third-party legal and privacy platforms, as well as internally developed enterprise AI solutions. Responsibilities include designing Python-based data extraction scripts, managing structured rule sets for legal use cases, and deploying AI agents into daily workflows. Additionally, the role involves developing and managing solutions to ensure Grab's policies are correctly implemented, optimizing for both regulatory adherence and business enablement.

Applicants should have a strong background in software development, particularly with Python, and experience in implementing and managing legal and privacy platforms. Familiarity with AI tools and agentic workflows is essential. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to translate legal requirements into technical solutions, and experience in process transformation and automation.
