As a Retail Development Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our retail partnerships across Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance key account assortments, driving growth and profitability through effective category management and store expansions. Your day-to-day activities will include pitching and implementing innovative campaigns to boost account growth, selling Wolt Ads, campaign opportunities, and Wolt+ services to strengthen partnerships, and ensuring optimal in-store processes and quality standards. Additionally, you will leverage market knowledge and data analytics to inform strategies and enhance account performance through comprehensive analyses and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in account management or business development, with a strong commercial mindset focused on driving growth and profitability. A deep understanding of the Polish retail landscape, particularly in e-commerce or FMCG sectors, is essential. Exceptional relationship management skills, advanced analytical abilities with tools like Looker or Power BI, and fluency in both English and Polish are required.
