Retail Account Manager
As a Retail Account Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our platform beyond food delivery to include a diverse range of retail products. This position is based in Pristina, Kosovo, and involves collaborating closely with our retail partners to enhance their performance and drive growth. Wolt, a Finnish technology company founded in 2014, has rapidly grown to operate in over 500 cities across 32 countries, offering delivery services for a wide array of products.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of retail partners, providing strategic, data-driven insights to foster their growth, and ensuring optimal performance on the Wolt platform. You will oversee partner relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive demand and maximize sales. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to building new structures and processes in a growing market.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in account management, partnership management, sales, or related fields, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors. A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, sales, e-commerce, or a related field is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, project management abilities, excellent interpersonal communication, and fluency in both Albanian and English are essential. A valid driver's license is also required.
