Research Quality Analyst, Channel & Customer Research
The Research Quality Analyst position at AlphaSense is integral to the Channel & Customer Research (CCR) team, focusing on maintaining the quality and accuracy of AI-driven primary research. AlphaSense, a leader in market intelligence, leverages advanced AI technologies to deliver critical insights to over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The CCR team specializes in conducting structured interviews with various channel partners to provide real-time insights into company performance and industry conditions.
In this role, the analyst is responsible for comprehensive quality assurance throughout the research process. Key tasks include auditing foundational documents such as questionnaires and prompt sheets, performing final reviews of Gen Grid Channel Check outputs, and collaborating with the research team to identify and resolve quality issues. The analyst also assists in developing and refining AI prompts to enhance the accuracy of AI-generated research outputs and maintains quality assurance documentation to standardize best practices.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, content review, copy editing, research, or data analysis. An exceptional eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. The role requires comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and a strong interest in technology and artificial intelligence. Experience with AI or large language models is considered a significant advantage.
