The Regional Manager at Arevon is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) plants within their designated region. This role is integral to Arevon's Asset Management and Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Maintenance. The position is based at the PV generating facilities in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.

Key responsibilities include managing vendors and service providers to ensure efficient plant operations, enforcing safety protocols to promote a strong safety culture, and proactively addressing operational issues to minimize downtime. The Regional Manager collaborates with technicians and engineers to ensure readiness for maintenance activities, manages vendor networks to facilitate quick resolution of outages, and works with engineering teams to maintain high plant availability and performance. Additionally, the role involves supporting asset management in budget creation and cost control, assisting in the construction and commissioning of future projects, and ensuring proper inventory of spare parts.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience managing PV or BESS facilities, or ten years in on-site PV and BESS operations with other management experience. Essential skills include excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and vendors, a solid understanding of renewable energy regulations and compliance requirements, and proven leadership and team management capabilities. Flexibility to work varied hours and be on call for emergencies is also required.
