Wolt is seeking proactive and adaptable individuals to join our Wolt Market team in Novi Sad as full-time Store Associates. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that has expanded from restaurant food delivery to offering a wide range of products across over 500 cities in 30 countries.

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for receiving orders through our Merchant application, efficiently picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and couriers. Your duties will also include unloading goods from suppliers, managing our internal system with accurate product information, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

The ideal candidate is proactive, quick to learn new skills, and capable of multitasking. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working in shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, given that Wolt Market stores operate seven days a week. Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous. Fluency in Serbian and basic knowledge of English are required, along with the legal right to work in Serbia.
