Wolt is seeking full-time Store Associates to join our Wolt Market team in Belgrade, Serbia. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient store operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include processing orders through our Merchant application, swiftly picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and couriers. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving and unloading deliveries from suppliers, managing our internal system with accurate nutritional and allergen information, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

We are looking for proactive individuals who can quickly learn new skills and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working in shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous. Fluency in Serbian and basic knowledge of English are required, along with the legal right to work in Serbia.
