Merchant Services Associate

The Merchant Services Associate at Wolt plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the success of our restaurant and retail partners. This position involves close collaboration with the Restaurant/Retail Development Managers and Support Associates to ensure our partners maximize their opportunities within the Wolt platform. Wolt is a technology company dedicated to bringing joy and simplicity to neighborhoods worldwide, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries.

Key responsibilities include addressing partners' inquiries regarding Wolt's delivery services, assisting the Support team with complex partner support tickets, and managing equipment enrollment and inventory. The role also involves handling administrative aspects of partnership contracts, improving restaurant menus and retail assortments on the platform, and supporting merchant partners with low sales or operational challenges. Additionally, the Merchant Services Associate takes ownership of projects related to merchant operations and assists the Merchant team with various tasks.

The ideal candidate possesses a self-starter mindset and a willingness to engage in hands-on activities. Fluency in English and Polish, both written and oral, is essential.
