Supply Chain Analyst (WM)
As a Supply Chain Analyst at Wolt Market in Prague, Czechia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal product availability across our stores. Wolt Market is our innovative grocery store concept, delivering unparalleled convenience and customer experience in 21 countries. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Store Operations, Category Management, Content, and Finance teams to translate commercial plans and vendor constraints into effective stock strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing inventory health and replenishment for designated Wolt Market stores and vendors in Czechia. This involves setting and maintaining replenishment parameters such as minimum and maximum stock levels, safety stock, lead times, and order multiples. You will monitor on-shelf availability, shrinkage, and stock coverage, adjusting ordering logic to meet established targets. Utilizing dashboards and in-house tools, you will track inbound accuracy, purchase order statuses, and stock variances, translating findings into actionable improvements. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth analyses of recurring issues like chronic out-of-stocks or high-shrink items and recommend sustainable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, inventory management, operations, or retail roles, such as replenishment, demand planning, or inventory control. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis are essential, enabling you to interpret dashboards, identify patterns, and implement necessary changes. You should be adept at cross-functional collaboration with teams like Operations, Category Management, Content, and Finance, and capable of translating store-level observations into data-driven actions. A structured and detail-oriented working style, with a strong sense of ownership over key performance indicators, is crucial. Fluency in both Czech and English, both spoken and written, is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with business intelligence tools like Looker or basic SQL knowledge, a background in grocery, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or quick-commerce environments, and familiarity with centralized replenishment, distribution center flows, or automated ordering systems.
