Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Prague by identifying and securing new partnerships with restaurants and retail stores. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a rapidly growing company that is transforming local commerce.
Your primary responsibilities will include exploring the market to uncover new business opportunities, engaging with potential partners that align with Wolt's vision, and managing the pipeline of prospective partnerships. You will also be responsible for understanding venue performance to set profitable business terms and conducting negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both B2B and B2C contexts, a passion for sales with a persistent drive to achieve positive outcomes, and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships. A proactive and ambitious mindset, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively within a team, is essential. Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English is required, along with a valid driver's license.
