QA Engineer (Mobile) - Hybrid Malaga

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Mobile) to join our Mobile Apps team and play a central role in ensuring our apps are smooth, stable, and delightful to use. You'll work in a collaborative, agile environment where ownership, innovation, and quality are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Senior QA Engineer (Mobile), you will perform both manual and automated testing across iOS and Android platforms. You'll collaborate closely with developers, designers, product owners, and fellow QA engineers to deliver high-quality features. Your responsibilities will include defining and refining test strategies for new functionality and release cycles, investigating, reproducing, and tracking bugs using Jira or similar tools, developing and maintaining automation tests using Appium and Java, validating app interactions with backend services via REST APIs, participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality is embedded from the start, and contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and mobile test frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with over 5 years of QA experience, including at least 3 years focused on mobile testing. Solid experience with iOS and Android platforms, their guidelines, and best practices is essential. Strong hands-on experience with Appium and Java, familiarity with REST API testing and backend integration flows, and experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Bitrise, or similar are required. ISTQB certification or equivalent QA training is preferred. A background in iGaming or fast-paced, high-scale environments is a big plus. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator in English.
