Publisher Partner Manager
Teads is seeking a consultative Publisher Partner Manager for our New York office to support the revenue and relationship growth of Teads’ Engage publishers. Teads collaborates with premium digital publishers, including NY Post, The Washington Post, DotDash Meredith, and Conde Nast. These partners rely on our Partner Management team to achieve their strategic goals through revenue optimization, audience engagement, and new product adoption.
In this role, you will own all post-contract client communication and account activity for Teads’ sales house clients. Responsibilities include conducting regular client meetings to understand priorities, overseeing site vetting and onboarding, performing performance reviews, troubleshooting issues, and upselling products. You will analyze and monitor client performance trends to identify actionable insights, uncover revenue and engagement opportunities, and collaborate with clients to implement them. Additionally, you will develop processes to provide superior client support and escalate partner feedback to internal stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development, Legal, and Marketing is essential to build effective partner strategies. You will also oversee core technology integrations, ensuring smooth and successful launches with support from technical optimization and product teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of account management experience with digital publishers. Strong quantitative skills are essential, with a proven ability to monitor, identify, and present performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as the role involves conducting quarterly business reviews and client socializing. A solid understanding of the programmatic and video landscapes is necessary, along with excellent time-management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google applications like Gmail, Sheets, and Docs, is expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams is important. Familiarity with online advertising and/or publishing is also required.
The compensation for this position ranges from USD $70,000 to $100,000 annually, including on-target earnings. The actual amount offered may vary based on factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
