Publisher Account Manager
Teads is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to join our growing publisher team in Taipei, Taiwan. This role focuses on developing and managing technology partnerships with digital publishers across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will have experience with digital publishers, video ad platforms, and ad networks, along with a strong understanding of online advertising and related technologies.
Key responsibilities include identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new website and app publishers through tailored pitches and partnership negotiations. The role also involves growing and managing publisher partnerships across Taiwan and Hong Kong, overseeing day-to-day account management, performance monitoring, and operational coordination. Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to drive long-term growth and collaborating with the APAC supply team to implement optimization and growth strategies are also essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, preferably in publisher development, SSPs, ad networks, publishers, or ad platform sales. Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial communication skills are required, along with a proven ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively. A solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, video, and supply-side dynamics, is essential. An existing network of digital publishers and/or app owners is a strong advantage. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with Taiwan and Hong Kong publishers.
