Product Owner - Campaign & Rewards
As a Product Owner in the Campaigns & Rewards team at Betsson Group, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and engagement. This position involves managing high-traffic systems that are integral to the user experience, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and navigating regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions to uphold and enhance Betsson Group's global offerings.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Product Managers to produce detailed product specifications, such as user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria, wireframes, and flowcharts. You will participate in the product discovery process, assist in organizing and prioritizing the product development backlog, and champion the product vision with stakeholders and engineering teams. Additionally, you will ensure proper analytics and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand user behaviors and product performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant academic degree or qualifications in Software Development, along with at least two years of experience as a Product Owner. Prior experience in the gaming industry and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are considered advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in working with various workshops and planning tools, experience with agile and remote development teams, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential. A keen eye for detail and a user-centric mindset are also highly valued.
