Product Operations Intern
Instawork is seeking a Product Operations Intern to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this position, you will support product rollouts by executing outreach and implementation plans for new features. Your responsibilities will include acting as a key tester for new product capabilities, documenting findings, and providing valuable feedback to the product team. Additionally, you will analyze feature performance by tracking key metrics, summarizing insights, and gathering user feedback to inform product improvements. Identifying opportunities to streamline team operations through process enhancements will also be a critical part of your role.
The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a strong interest in product operations. You should possess analytical skills and be comfortable working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets. A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude are essential. While not required, familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, basic experience with SQL or Python (Pandas), and previous internships in tech or startup environments are advantageous.
