Product Manager (UBOR)

Arcesium is seeking a Product Manager to lead the execution and evolution of UBOR, its Investment & Portfolio Accounting product. This role is pivotal within the company's SaaS platform, requiring close collaboration with Engineering, Client & Partner Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with strategic priorities and client needs.

Key responsibilities include translating product vision into detailed requirements, balancing customer requests with long-term objectives, and partnering with Engineering and QA teams to deliver effective solutions. The role also involves representing UBOR in client meetings, contributing to business case development for product enhancements, and rapidly prototyping workflows and automation concepts using AI-assisted tools.

Candidates should have 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS platforms serving asset managers or related financial services sectors. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Experience with financial technology products, investment accounting (IBOR or ABOR), and proficiency in scripting, SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools are essential.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $240,000 to $290,000, with additional variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire. Benefits include medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401(k) contribution matching.
