Product Lead - Management Reporting

Arcesium is seeking a Product Lead for Management Reporting to join their Product Management team. This role focuses on developing new infrastructure and applications within a high-volume, straight-through processing environment. The successful candidate will work on a variety of financial and non-financial projects, contributing to the company's strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include creating and owning product visions and roadmaps for multiple products and stakeholders, maintaining product backlogs, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize tasks. The role also involves conducting competitor analyses to ensure products align with market needs, partnering with business and engineering leads to solve complex business problems, and managing stakeholder communication through project meetings and documentation.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial domain. A strong understanding of P&L reporting and business intelligence tools is essential. Knowledge of performance analytics, expense allocation, and management solutions is advantageous. Exposure to investment management, capital markets, or hedge funds is preferable. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative attitude are also required.
